Following a handsome redesign late last year, Flour + Water reopened with a refined new look and the same menu of stellar handmade pasta in February. The pasta tasting menu remains the anchor, spinning diners through an array of uncommon shapes like balsamic vinegar drizzled scarpinocc and fastidiously folded tortellino swimming in an impossibly rich broth.
